The Executive General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their restaurant. • Oversees overall operations, enforces policies, procedures, and standards, and ensures compliance with laws regarding wages, hours, and sanitation.
• Manages P & L, communicates financial goals, and oversees financial operations including projections.
• Maximizes sales and profits while maintaining operational excellence.
• Maintains inventories, ensures compliance with pars, and completes related reports timely.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting management staff, and develops the management team through coaching and counseling.
• Works with the team to recruit, hire, develop staff, and provides coaching as needed.
• Implements advertising and promotions in coordination with the Marketing Department, ensuring proper food presentation.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensures employees are trained, schedules are appropriate, and guest relations are positive.
• Supports management with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, follow recipes, and perform basic math.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle for long durations.
• Good hearing, vision, communication, organizational, and memory skills.
