About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Financial Officer (EFO) to join our dynamic and collaborative senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, the EFO will lead the organization's financial operations with a focus on strategic planning, business development, and enhancing the financial health of our services.

As a passionate advocate for quality and financial integrity, the ideal candidate will oversee a diverse range of areas including accounting, information technology, materials management, revenue cycle, patient access, and reimbursement. This leader will be responsible for day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of performance improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

To qualify for the EFO position, candidates should have:

• A Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
• A minimum of 15 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in a management or director-level role in the healthcare sector
• A proven track record in financial management, employee relations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Experience in supervising and directing multiple departments
• Knowledge of various healthcare systems, including acute care, outpatient care, and long-term care is preferred
