Job Description :
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight through planning, developing and implementing acomprehensive fund development program for the Foundation. Provides oversight to the operations of Auxiliary. Volunteer Services,providing guidance and administrative support to ensure program effectiveness. Qualifications Education: - - Bachelor's degree required - Master's degree preferred in business, public relations, marketing, or a field related to funddevelopment Licensure/ Certification/ Registry: Experience: - Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership position related to fund development or equivalentrole required. Progression of increasing responsibility required. - Minimum of five years of experience in successful fund development with not-for-profit organizationsrequired. Health care experience and agricultural knowledge preferred. Other Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: - Highly developed interpersonal skills, influence building, and relationship building skills.
