Join our Tech Strategy and Execution team within the Corporate & Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase as an Executive Director. In this role, you will promote tech initiatives across all CIB technology teams, focusing on scaling AI use cases to improve software engineering processes and leveraging Large Language Model tools in a complex, global environment. The position requires problem-solving skills, software engineering fluency, and experience in executing large-scale technology changes. This role offers high impact and exposure to senior technology leaders at JPMorgan.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing solutions to accelerate decision-making, identify issues, and quantify business benefits.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across CIB and partner organizations to align on incentives, constraints, and priorities.
• Developing work plans for technology change initiatives and constructing frameworks, hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions.
• Leading interviews, working sessions, and presentations to drive business outcomes.
• Identifying potential roadblocks, proposing solutions, and ensuring organizational buy-in.
• Contributing to executive communication materials and building high-performing teams through leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of consulting experience in top-tier strategy/management consulting, internal corporate strategy, or a leading technology firm.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT management, including organization, product models, budgeting, talent, and risk management.
• Technical fluency in software engineering within large commercial teams.
• Entrepreneurial drive and problem structuring skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau.
