Executive Director, Production Operations - ProductionHUB : Job Details

Our Executive Director, Production Operations leads and plans the production and technical management of studio and remote operations. This position provides the technical and production management expertise to the production operations group in executing the studio and remote assignments.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assumes leadership role on high profile productions (e.g. Grand Slams, domestic events, and remi/at home production) for Tennis Channel.Oversees all aspects of physical production and logistics to executive live remote broadcasts and events including integration with remi-production.Manages and provides services as the production operations lead from pre-production planning through delivery (e.g. planning, pre-event paperwork, budgeting, on-site supervision).Negotiates pricing with external companies and third-party vendors and makes independent high-level decisions for production operations.Assists in the approval process for selection of vendors, transmissions facilities with Head of Production.Advises production team with necessary planning information and working with production accounting on maintaining budgets.Maintains a leadership role and relations in studio, on-site, and with third-party relationships.Collaborates with inter-departments to ensure delivery of high-quality production across all platforms.Clearly and concisely outlines issues (e.g. legal or liability) for review to VP, Production Operations.
