Summary: The Executive Director, Privacy Officer, is vital in developing, implementing, and maintaining privacy practices aligned with federal and state laws. This role advises senior leadership on privacy issues, manages investigations into privacy violations, collaborates with IT on data security, and promotes the organization's mission and values.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Law, Information Technology, or related fields, with at least 10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal, or information security.
• Or Master's Degree in similar fields with at least 7 years of relevant experience, along with certifications like CHPC or CIPP/US. Leadership experience, comprehensive knowledge of healthcare privacy laws, investigative skills, and strong communication abilities are essential.

Preferred: Juris Doctorate, healthcare or public service experience.
