Executive Director Philanthropy - Foundation Admin - Christus Health System : Job Details

Responsible for management of a Foundation. Accountable for the entire department and overall accountability for multiple departments. Subject matter expert in business line and resource regarding policies, processes, and operational issues as they impact departments. Assists in resolving complex technical/operational issues. Provides guidelines and performance standards for budget development, annual goals, and daily operations. Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable One.
