The Housing Authority of Paducah in Paducah, Kentucky, is seeking a dynamicand highly motivated individual with a passion for public housing for theposition of Executive Director. Proven supervisory, leadership, and teambuilding experience are required as the position necessitates a manager whocan bring the Authority's diverse employees even closer together, transforminga good team to an excellent team by developing each individual's skills andtalents to their fullest potential. Under the general administrative direction ofthe Board of Commissioners, the Executive Director will assume fullresponsibility for all agency services including administration of the agency's855 units of public housing, development and modernization, grantadministration, HUD reporting and compliance, budgets, and implementationof Board policies. Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degreein business administration, public administration, social sciences, accounting,finance, management or closely related field, plus 5 years of progressivelyresponsible supervisory experience in public housing administration, or anequivalent combination of education and experience.
