A fantastic Critical Access Hospital in Morrisville/Stowe, Vermont, is looking to add an Executive Director of Physician Practices to its executive team.

Copley Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and a center of orthopedic excellence, offering services including orthopedics, cardiology, emergency medicine, neurology, oncology, and general surgery. We seek a highly organized Executive Director of Physician Practices to lead operational and strategic aspects of our medical practices across multiple locations. Responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives, maintaining efficient daily operations, managing complex patient interactions, developing processes and systems, and leading staff. Strong managerial skills and understanding of medical office procedures are essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system, demonstrating motivation and empathy, and a commitment to healthcare excellence.
