Master Operator Wanted: Build the Machine That Builds 30 Schools

2 Hour Learning is deploying $100M to launch 30 schools in six months. We don't need more strategists. We need executors who can transform plans into operational realityimmediately. What You Will Be Doing

• Own one critical domain of our national launch: regulatory approvals, onboarding systems, or financial operations
• Drive cross-functional execution with complete decision authority and accountability
• Develop and implement operational playbooks from scratch under real-world conditions
• Work directly with founders and key stakeholders to deliver launch-ready infrastructure
• Deploy AI and automation tools to maximize operational efficiency and execution speed

Basic Requirements

We're seeking exceptional operators across multiple verticals. All positions demand velocity, precision, structured thinking, and relentless execution.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
• Exceptional capability in at least one area: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial operations at scale
• Structured problem-solving with strong bias toward executioncapable of independent implementation
• U.S. work authorization and capacity for 25% travel
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate workflow and operational delivery

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
