Executive Director - Northeast Georgia Physicians Group - Northeast Georgia Physicians Group : Job Details

Reporting to the NGPG Vice President of Operations, the Executive Director provides leadership, direction, and administration for all operational activities of Northeast Georgia Physicians Group. The Executive Director implements and monitors policies and procedures that ensure high quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care, and is accountable for the fiscal integrity of the group.

This position is responsible for the execution of business development initiatives in accordance with the strategic plan and ensures the promotion of positive community relations.

The Executive Director has responsibility for assuring that the operations function efficiently within all clinical areas. This position is responsible for the quality of care delivered at each practicing location. The Executive Director works with the Vice President of Operations in determining the operational needs, in coordination with NGPG's strategic planning process to assess and implement long-term goals and initiatives.

The Executive Director works in a dyad relationship with NGPG Chiefs of Service, providing leadership over all phases of NGPG operations. In addition to providing the highest level of safety to our patients, visitors, staff, and providers, the Executive Director will focus on:

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of group practice leadership experience.
