Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall center operations, profitability, and direction.
  • Develop and manage census, accounts receivable, and collections.
  • Maximize Net Operating Income.
  • Ensure resident/patient care and compliance with state and federal surveys.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and community representation.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, conducting daily rounds to ensure compliance.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Experience in a post-acute care setting.
  • Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
  • Proven success in leading a productive and engaging work environment.
