Executive Director – Senior Living Community

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 base + 30% bonus potential, 100% coverage of health benefits + 401k match

A well-regarded senior living provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead operations at one of their Tennessee communities. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and supportive leadership team focused on long-term growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
  • Leading and developing department heads and staff
  • Driving census and occupancy growth through local marketing and referral partnerships
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Fostering a positive culture of accountability and resident-centered care

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or related healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of census growth and team development
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with forecasting and KPIs
  • A current TN Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Local or regional residency preferred
