We have been tasked with finding an Executive Director for a large physician-owned private plastic surgery group with offices in Virginia and Maryland.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director located in the Washington DC. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop strategic plans, and ensure business growth and efficiency. The role will also involve staff relationship management, financial oversight, and the implementation of marketing strategies.
