HELP WANTED: EXECUTIVE DIRECTORThe Housing Authority of Bardstown, Kentucky is seeking a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Executive Director. This role reports directly to the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the overall management and operation of a public housing agency that includes 199 public housing units and 173 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field –or equivalent relevant work experience.Strong administrative and supervisory background.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a governing board, public/private sectors, and neighborhood/community groupsMust be BondableThe executive director must have a strong understanding of, and compliance with HUD Regulation.The Executive Director administers various HUD programs as well as associated performance and compliance audits and reviews.
