About Touching Hearts at Home: Touching Hearts at Home of Rochester is a family owned and operated franchise since 2007, providing non-medical companion care for seniors. Our mission is to empower older adults to age in place at home, and avoid hospitalization, by providing personalized companion care and support in activities of daily living. The Rochester office is one of four award-winning family-owned franchises in New York State. Purpose: We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Executive Director to lead our Rochester operations. This role will oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, and team leadership necessary to ensure the highest quality of in-home care services. The Executive Director will be a key driver in upholding our mission, fostering a person-centered culture, and expanding our presence through strong community partnerships. Key Responsibilities: · Lead all daily operations of a high-volume companion care agency · Drive client acquisition by cultivating referral partnerships and community outreach · Oversee and support a multidisciplinary team including HR, Scheduling, Client Experience, Marketing & Sales · Ensure accurate payroll, billing, and benefits processing; manage financial transactions and reporting · Uphold exceptional client care standards in accordance with policies and legal guidelines · Ensure effective scheduling and staffing to meet client needs · Provide regular reports on operations, data tracking, and key performance indicators Position Requirements: A successful candidate will have proven relationship building skills and a blend of general business, interpersonal, and managerial skills. The candidate will also be passionate about working with seniors and experienced in providing or arranging their care.· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field. · 3+ years in a leadership role managing care staff (e.g., PCA, CNA, HHA) · Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills · Excellent organization and independent decision-making abilities · Deep knowledge of the local home care industry and strong networking skills · Passionate about helping seniors stay safe and independent at home · Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle Salary Range: $100,000 plus incentive plan; benefits including health care, 401k and paid time#J-18808-Ljbffr
