• Provide leadership and direction to staff members
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Manage budget and financial operations
• Oversee marketing and community outreach efforts
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

Skills

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience as an Assisted Living Center Director is a plus
