Position SummaryThe Executive Director plays a pivotal role in advancing YFC's mission. This role requires spiritual and organizational leadership, strong communication, management, and persuasion skills. The Director must embody YFC's Cultural Attributes: Christ-centeredness, humility, trust, faithfulness, camaraderie, and diversity. Responsibilities include leading, inspiring, and executing the community vision, developing staff and volunteers, and managing financial resources.
