We are seeking a professional, innovative, and enthusiastic Executive Director to support the Cincinnati, OH market and surrounding communities. This external-facing role focuses on relationship building, community mobilization, capacity building, fundraising, and board leadership. You will be the face of the Red Cross in the community, engaging with influencers, officials, business leaders, media, and grassroots organizations. Your role involves promoting the Red Cross mission through volunteer engagement and community partnerships, providing leadership to local teams, and reporting to regional leadership.

• Represent the Red Cross in the community to enhance visibility and recognition.
• Develop and sustain community relationships to achieve regional mission goals.
• Manage the chapter board and community volunteer leaders to support the Red Cross mission.
• Support fundraising and blood collection growth through relationship building.
• Create an inclusive environment and support disaster response efforts as part of the Elected Officials Liaison Network.

Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent.

Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work in a team, and travel flexibility. Physical requirements are typical of an office environment, including computer use and driving.

Fundraising, business development, revenue generation, and collaboration experience in the Cincinnati market.
