The Executive Director Human Resources provides strategic direction and management of all human resources departmental functions and initiatives and aligns human resources practices to the District's mission, vision and strategic plan. The Executive Director Human Resources develops and implements strategies designed to reinforce talent management, performance management and development, employee engagement, labor relations, management of collective bargaining agreements and processes, compliance, and HRIS reporting systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement effective recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain a high-quality, diverse workforce.
