Role Description

We seek an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Counterparty Credit Risk Platform. This role demands strategic vision, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to foster platform growth. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, product roadmap management, and delivering high-value features. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven product management experience, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring valuable features are prioritized.
  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct market research to inform product strategy.
  • Participate in sprint planning to clarify priorities.
  • Monitor product performance and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with global regions on product development needs.
  • Oversee BAU reporting for CCR, regulatory submissions, and stress testing.
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related; Master's or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
    • 10-12+ years in product ownership or similar roles, preferably with CCR/Risk platforms.
    • Strong understanding of software development and CCR/Risk technologies.
    • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira).
    • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
    • Experience with BAU reporting and strategic planning.
