Job SummaryThis role will oversee the strategy, lead generation, financial analysis, project management, due diligence, negotiations, as well as integration of the entire merger and acquisition process. In collaboration with finance, operations, integration, legal, and senior executive teams, this position will aid the organization in meeting its growth strategy. The position will report to the VP Corporate Development and work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the Executive Leadership team.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Statistics, or Accounting:Experience with advanced degree:• Investment banking or investing: 5 years• Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory: 7 years• Corporate Development: 7 years
Experience without advanced degree:• Investment banking or investing: 8 years• Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory: 10 years• Corporate Development: 10 years
7 years in a leadership capacity; ability to lead a team of internal subject matter experts and external strategic advisorsSignificant experience in leading teams to successfully execute all aspects of M&A transactions including: acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and other strategic alliancesExperience in transaction processes including: sourcing, valuation, structuring,Experienced decision-maker, balances research and analytics with necessary speed-to-marketAbility to innovate and a willingness to take risksBusiness acumen and project/process integration skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)Master's Degree in Business

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
