CentraCare is seeking a strategic, excellence-minded and highly collaborative Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead one of our most advanced and high-impact service lines. In this influential role, you will co-lead an integrated and growing cardiovascular program across Central Minnesota, partnering with a dedicated Physician Section Director through a dyad leadership model rooted in shared accountability. The Executive Director will oversee a broad scope of programs and departments, including General Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rehab, Heart Failure Monitoring, Research, and several specialized procedural, inpatient and outpatient cardiac units concentrated within the St. Cloud market but with a regional presence across the health system and other regional partners throughout central MN and beyond.
