Base pay will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

ResponsibilitiesThe leader responsible for daily operations, associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Develops and executes the business plan, and grows revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team. Works with sales to drive results and creates an inclusive community culture for high-quality resident experiences.

QualificationsEducation and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years in operational leadership. Experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Certifications and Licenses: Valid administrator license if required by state, and a valid driver's license with access to a private vehicle.
Skills and Knowledge: Leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related physical activities. Requires interaction with residents, staff, and vendors. May require occasional evening, weekend, or on-call work, and some travel.
