For more information, please visit www.mycodemedia.com.About the Role:We are looking for an Executive Director with expertise in Automotive. Expertise in this area is required. The role will report directly to the VP of Brand Partnerships in the East Territory using their deep experience in digital advertising & marketing to successfully drive revenue growth for direct clients and ad agencies. If you have strong relationships within the Automotive advertising community, an interest and commitment to growth audiences, a consultative partnerships approach, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape then we want to talk to you!As key individual contributors to some of our largest verticals, you will serve as a strategic partner to your clients and have the ability to sell a broad range of advertising, creative and intelligence solutions to ensure revenue and partnership goals are met.As an Executive Director, you will be supported by our Sales, Client Services and Operations teams to help you succeed and achieve explosive growth & career success.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain all sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory or category. This may include networking, independent research and agency/client visits
  • Possess thorough knowledge of My Code's full suite of cross platform product offerings and services
  • Understand, demonstrate and present My Code's product offerings, solutions, and services to prospective clients in a professional manner to help grow our portfolio of advertising partners
  • Develop and customize strategic and creative sales presentations, pricing and proposals as needed to help fulfill the needs of prospective agency and client partners
  • Responsible for tracking all sales activities including accounts, contacts, new leads and opportunities via our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Accurately forecast and meet sales goals
Qualifications:
  • Quantifiable, proven track record of sales success
  • Prior experience selling digital media including integrated solutions (e.g. custom content/influencers/editorial/etc) and experience in selling experiential marketing, is a plus
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strategic mindset, analytical sales skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high potential for career growth
  • Strong agency/brand contacts within the Automotive vertical
  • Strong US multicultural agency/brand contacts is a plus, but not required

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Expertise in the Automotive vertical

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other related software
  • Proficient with Salesforce
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, a plus
  • 7+ years experience in media sales, with a strong emphasis on digital/online media
  • Measurable success in working with agencies and brands in relation to advertising sales
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
