Executive Director / Administrator - Senior Living
Aviva Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a 50-unit assisted living community in Glendale, Toledo. This role reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations and requires entrepreneurial leadership to run a business while maintaining a resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct and be accountable for all departments to meet AVIVA quality standards in operations as well as finance and budgetary goals.
- Lead marketing and sales activities with support from a move-in coordinator and the team.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and staff development across sales, nursing and wellness, dining, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Prioritize resident safety and well-being, and maintain peace of mind for families.
- Maintain the autonomy of the community while aligning with corporate standards.
Qualifications
- At least five years of leadership experience in the senior-living industry.
- Hands-on experience in financial management, budget preparation, and cash flow management.
- Medicaid Waiver experience.
- LNHA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, and business aptitude with the ability to read and understand financial reports.
- Care and empathy in interactions with families and residents.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus benefits plus bonus.
