Executive Director/Administrator - E.H. Bloom Retirement Center at Americare Plus. E.H. Bloom Retirement Center is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director / LALA to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living communities. Join a team committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, supportive environment. Will work alongside our Corporate Training Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with state, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and staff development.
Qualifications
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (as required by state regulations). Must be a LALA or be willing to enroll in the LALA program.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management.
- Social Worker, RN, LPN or healthcare administration degree.
- Strong knowledge of senior care regulations, resident rights, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A heart for serving older adults and a drive to lead with integrity and compassion.
