Key Qualifications

• Leadership ExcellenceYou lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best – Build Team
• Proven SuccessYou have a history of taking communities to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget – Build Occupancy
• Operational MasteryYour expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility – Build EBITDAR
• Strong Relationship BuilderYou build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community
• Bachelor's degree required: Master's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required
