Job Summary

Leader responsible for the community's daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to become a preferred senior living community in the market, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team. Works with sales to drive sales results. Creates an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.

Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations, staff, and resident interactions; build strong relationships with management.
• Develop and implement business plans to enhance community reputation and financial performance; manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Supervise and motivate staff; promote teamwork and inclusion; ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff; oversee promotions and disciplinary actions; analyze staffing trends.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention; address concerns proactively; collaborate with Resident Council.
• For assisted living/memory care, coordinate with clinical leaders to ensure quality care and compliance; oversee resident services and documentation.
• Manage financial performance, revenue growth, and expense control; explore revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts; build community relationships and represent the community publicly.
• Ensure property standards through regular inspections; maintain licenses and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years operational leadership experience; experience may substitute for education.
• Valid administrator license and driver's license required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
