About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Specialty-Multi Channel, Clinique NA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the brand's digital and omnichannel business strategy, with a focus on integrating online and brick-and-mortar experiences. This role involves leading a diverse account management team, developing regional brand strategies, and championing inclusive leadership and talent development. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic partnership and account strategy, market share expansion, financial management, and supply planning. A key aspect of the role is to define and execute a vision for sustainable growth, collaborating with retail partners to implement strategic action plans, and leading marketing and merchandising efforts to ensure a relevant and compelling consumer experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of relevant experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, department stores, or sales/retail business development. A proven track record in relationship building, strong business acumen, and financial management is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in P&L management, a deep understanding of marketing campaign components, and expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce. Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
