This role will be located at an OCONUS location and 100% onsite.

Who YOU Are

Youre a dedicated and passionate Executive Chef with a focus on creating delicious, high-quality meals. You have hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organization, with skills in recipe creation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety. Your efficiency in fast-paced environments, attention to detail, and teamwork make you a reliable contributor to exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare ingredients and cook food following recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Create and manage menus, monitor ingredient quality, and ensure consistency.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet service schedules.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure proper storage and reordering.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.

This is a contingent position based on contract award and will be located OCONUS.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain US TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or 13+ years in food services, including 7+ years as an Executive Chef.
  • 10+ years in food services and 5+ years as an Executive Chef.
  • Experience in large-scale cafeteria or multi-entre operations.
  • Leadership experience in food service teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality meal service.
  • Experience in challenging environments and maintaining Serve-Safe standards.
