  • Execute meetings, tours, and events — including guest check-in and scheduling.
  • Provide light tech support (power on/off demos, connect Wi-Fi, update content).
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors (e.g., catering, cleaning, AV).
  • Host and guide guests during tours or executive visits.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams for event planning and showroom updates.
  • Align with building management for facility support or maintenance needs.
  • Partner with community and sales teams to support special events or activations.

📈 Marketing & Reporting:

  • Create pre-sale and post-sale communications to drive attendance and follow-up.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting using Salesforce and internal tools.
  • Capture and share ROI metrics from events and client engagements.

💰 Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Select and manage third-party vendors (catering, facility services, etc.).
  • Track and reconcile event-related expenses.
  • Support periodic showroom refreshes, including installation coordination.

✅ Requirements:

📚 Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields: Communications, Marketing, PR, Event or Hospitality Management

💼 Experience:
