Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls; open and distribute mail.
Provide support, guidance to faculty, staff, and students.
Coordinate the program calendar and assist in the organization of program meetings and preparation of agenda/minutes.
Maintain academic and administrative program files, including data located on electronic systems such as E-Value, EXXAT, Slate Sharepoint, DPT Share Drive, Box- etc. and student files locally.
Manage financial reports, procurement reports, purchase orders, direct pay, deposits, policies and Pcard expenditures.
Process online travel applications vouchers for faculty members, prospective employees and visitors.
Coordinate and oversee the regional campus efforts toward administrative task with a focus on unity, clarity, and accuracy.
Maintain the ability to work well with faculty, staff and students, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Coordinate all lab scheduling for the Odessa campus as well as coordinate linen service, coordinate equipment safety inspections and ensure lab PPE supplies are stocked and maintained.
Other tasks as assigned by the Program Director or Regional Dean.
Coordinate the scheduling of and assist with the semester planning process including development, management and updates.
Coordinate with external vendors and assist with the campus orientation process as well as student events for the program such as student satisfaction activities and donor appreciation receptions.
Assist faculty with: course preparation; licensure and membership renewals.
Assist with accreditation process for program. Assist with communications between regional program donors and recipients of donated funds, and submit requests for individual students to receive funds from the Dean's Fund for Excellence.
Coordinate the orientation and training of newemployees (faculty/staff/TA/GA, etc.).
Prepare financial and outcome reports for the program director.
Assist with the admissions process including the management and use of Slate and manage campus program interview process.
Track and maintain property inventory for the Odessa campus.
Coordinate the scheduling and assist with program outcomes and reporting, including but not limited to program outcomes management.
Submits work orders to facilities for maintenance and repairs.
Representation at external relations events or meetings in the absence of the Regional Dean.
Supervises student assistants in student success tutoring program.
