Bullis Wealth Strategies, Inc./Raymond James is a leading wealth management firm focused on helping clients make well-informed retirement decisions. We are seeking a full-time, in-person Client Relationship Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and provide high-level support in client communications and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and track multiple tasks/workflows, including client onboarding and ongoing account servicing in a time-sensitive environment.
Coordinate and schedule regular client meetings.
Support clients with account and policy service needs (e.g., distributions, beneficiary/ownership changes, report preparation).
Respond promptly and effectively to client information requests.
Resolve issues tactfully, compassionately, and professionally.
Maintain accurate CRM database records.
Participate in process development, especially in compliance and risk management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' administrative experience in financial planning/services or related field.
Proactive, visionary, and improvement-oriented outlook.
Positive, compassionate, ethical, and professional demeanor.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
