We are partnering with a renowned and confidential creative studio to find an Executive Assistant to support their visionary Director. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the Director's daily operations, acting as the primary liaison across teams and partners, and supporting the studio's evolving priorities. You'll bring a polished, proactive, and intuitive approach to your work—thriving in an ever-shifting landscape that demands grace, confidentiality, and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, and internal communications
- Act as the point of contact and gatekeeper for the Director, managing incoming requests and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring the Director is fully briefed and supported
- Oversee file and records management—both digital and physical—including contracts, project materials, and reports
- Support ongoing relationship and partner management across studio projects
- Assist with on-site coordination for meetings, exhibitions, or special events
- Conduct light research and support presentation or reporting needs as requested

- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a high level of polish and attention to detail
- A calm, composed, and solutions-oriented mindset—comfortable juggling changing priorities
- A high degree of discretion and maturity in handling confidential matters
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn—familiarity with Notion is a plus
- A team player who thrives in creative environments and brings a positive, can-do energy to the workplace

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
