Our client, a French-based investment bank with an office in Midtown, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide support to a global banking team. This person will work closely with the admin team and be a team player. The person should have 10+ years of administrative experience out of a fast-paced environment. They are looking for someone who is smart, friendly and proactive! This is a great opportunity to join a wonderful team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings
- Arrange complex and changing international and domestic travel including flights, hotels and car services
- Work closely and effectively with the team to keep them well informed of upcoming meetings and agendas
- Process expense reports
- Serves as a back up to other team members
- Help Coordinate internal and external events
- Assist with projects in PowerPoint and Excel
REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of experience working in an office as an admin, preferably in financial services
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements for a team
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently
SALARY $100-110K base + paid OT + discretionary bonus
HOURS 9am-5pm 4x a week onsite Rotating 1 Friday / month in office #IND1
