Mountain Youth Academy is seeking a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team! - - - This role requires a successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification - - - Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients. Position Summary: This position is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assisting the public and Mountain Youth Academy employees. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clientele. The receptionist is accountable for answering high volumes of incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner. This position also performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
