As Executive Assistant Manager, you are a member of the Environment and Facilities team, who collectively support an exceptional workplace experience for BlockFi team members and executives in a hybrid remote environment.

This role provides day to day oversight and support of our EA team to ensure a consistent and exemplary standard of support across our suite of executives. As a member of the Environment and Facilities team, youll help BlockFi to consistently upgrade the employee experience for both our executives and team members. Youll be joining a team of creative problem solvers striving to create an environment where our team seamlessly connects and collaborates both remotely and in person.

You are an experienced people manager who builds motivated and high performing teams. You enjoy a dynamic environment where no day is the same. Were looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-obsessed individual who is willing to jump in and improve processes while providing guidance and leadership to the EA team.

**What Youll Be Doing**

* Managing a team of experienced Executive Assistants

* Proactively building, documenting and improving processes for the Executive Assistant team

* Hiring, onboarding and training Executive Assistants

* Providing support and coverage for BlockFis executives as needed

* Maintaining a high level of insight into the evolving needs of our executives, ensuring the EA team is providing exceptional and appropriate support at all times

* Supporting and executing special projects assigned to the EA team

* Acting as a sounding board for the EA team, providing feedback, guidance and best practices

* Building and managing the EA teams budget

* Supporting planning, set-up and breakdown of BlockFis team meals, gatherings, executive offsites, etc.

* Connect with BlockFis executives regularly, maintaining an understanding of their evolving needs and ensuring the EA team is delivering solutions and support

* Providing in-person support at our FiDi office 3-5 days a week

**About You**

* 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably at a high-growth company and supporting multiple executives

* Previous experience managing a team

* A passion for leveling up, improving processes, foreseeing and solving potential issues and providing outstanding support

* Flexible, agile and able to fill in support gaps whenever needed

* Have a high level of discretion and sensitivity

* A strong communicator with a knack for explaining information and processes with clarity

* High level of emotional intelligence and team-player attitude

* No task too small approach to work youre flexible and willing to pitch in where its needed
