Role Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in an in-office, full-time role. You do not have to have an active real estate license. This position is central to the smooth operation of the business, providing direct support to the Principal and leadership team.
This is not a stepping stone into sales or brokerage. It is a long-term professional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and values discretion, consistency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the Principal highly organized by managing priorities, calendars, and follow-up tasks
- Serve as the trusted gatekeeper for sensitive and confidential information
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Draft, review, and maintain confidential correspondence and documents
- Act as liaison between leadership, clients, attorneys, and vendors with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth execution of team operations and initiatives
- Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Handle select personal support tasks, including coordinating gifts, reservations, and occasional errands with discretion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable professional support role
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and ethics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with precise attention to detail
- Proficiency in both Google Workspace and Outlook. Project management/CRM tools preferred (Monday.com a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, law, or other professional services a huge plus
