About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and organizational support to our CEO and senior leadership team members upon request.The right candidate will enjoy bringing structure, anticipating needs, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, without requiring extensive strategic involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests for information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organize logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas and tracking action items.
  • Provide support for board materials and leadership meetings.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide support to CFO and other leaders or the organization if requested.

What we are looking for:

  • College or university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability, discretion, and a collaborative approach.
  • English required; French is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience).
