Responsibilities
- Provide primary administrative support for assigned business leaders, including managing the executives' calendars and addressing scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage expense reconciliation for assigned leaders in compliance with company policies.
- Prioritize competing meetings, tasks, or projects with speed and agility.
- Make all travel arrangements, ensuring travel approvals and expense reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate on-site logistics for meetings and events, including conference room booking, catering, and technology support.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities, events, and off-site meetings, including securing meeting space and managing event details.
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization and schedules.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot issues requiring resolution through collaboration with others or external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant and progressive experience.
- Must possess leadership and project management skills, exercise good judgment, be well organized, self-directed, and have excellent communication skills.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
