Seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support three senior executives within the Risk Management Department, specifically across Enterprise Risk Management and Technology Risk. This role demands executive-level support experience and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Core DutiesManage and administer complex executive calendars and agendas
Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and handle rescheduling with urgency and professionalism
Prepare and distribute meeting materials and executive briefings
Book travel and submit expense reports (training provided)
Act as the liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Coordinate with two other administrative professionals supporting teams of ~10 and ~30 employees respectively
Answer and route calls, greet guests, and manage correspondence
Order and maintain office supplies
Draft, edit, and review communications, memos, reports, and presentations
Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants within the Risk team as needed
Executive-level administrative support experience is required
5+ years preferred, but upward progression from junior admin to executive support will be considered
Industry-specific experience is not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Strong calendar management and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
Excellent verbal and written communication (strong writing is critical)
High level of professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling confidential matters
Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and time management
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable under shifting priorities
Collaborative team player with a no task too small” mindset
Demonstrates a balance of technical competence and polished interpersonal skills
Shows stability in work history and an interest in long-term opportunities
Takes initiative and contributes to team success
Poor communication or writing skills (e.g., typos in resume or emails)
