Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for an Executive Assistant with a major corporation in New York City. This assignment in Onsite Mon-Thurs in New York, NY, 10013 and Remote on Fri. Duration: 6 month(s) Pay Rate: $35 - $41/hr DOE MUST HAVES: Excellent Comm Skills, Team Player build a Good relationship with other EA's especially when scheduling, ask Questions, Be Proactive, Collaborative,Detailed pay attention to details and changes when scheduling meeting s and travel, be Timely when answering emails - quick responses, Be punctual, Respectful-professional, Great personable skills gets along well with others, Juggle 3 VP's schedules with ease, Multi-task and Work in multiple Time zones Description:Our Direct to Consumer team oversees the streaming businesses within Entertainment, helping to bring The Company's best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.The Subscriber Growth and Monetization team with DE DTC is a prominent group of professionals with backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, private equity, media and entertainment, and technology. Members of the team serve as in-house advisers to DTC executive leadership team and are responsible for subscriber, engagement, and revenue growth planning, as well as pricing and yield management strategy. The team's efforts have directly contributed to the rapid growth and success of our streaming services.The Executive Assistant will support 3 VPs on the Subscriber Growth & Monetization team and will be responsible for executive support and team related administration. The ideal candidate has the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with creative resourcefulness and little guidance, a strong attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to exercise good judgment, and confidentiality.Coordinating/confirming all matters for heavy calendar load of mainly internal meetings. This entails the coordination with other executive offices, managing the video conference, dial-in and room details, and coordinating meetings over multiple time zonesProvide additional administrative and office support such as setting up video calls, booking conference rooms, answering incoming phone calls, detailing messages, distributing mail, scanning and tracking documents, maintaining subscriptions, communicating to the department about events and trainings, and ordering suppliesManaging all travel arrangements and trip tracking/oversight (flight, hotel, car, meeting coordination) and all related expense management Coordinate team and departmental events and outings Interaction with various internal departments, IT support, other Administrative Assistants, external organizations and executive management globally Support basic office functions as required (i.e. maintain copy/supplies room, stock kitchen supplies, sort mail) Assist with special projects as needed Provide coverage for other departmental EA as necessaryRequired Capabilities and Skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through Self-starter who is solution-oriented, with a can-do attitude Consistently demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, and tact, with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Collaborative working style and strong people skills, partnering with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build relationships and instill trust and confidence Ability to anticipate the executive's needs and effectively handle frequently changing priorities Basic Qualifications:3+ years experience as an executive assistant supporting a Director or above and/or equivalent experience in a corporate environment.
