$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Are you a proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-performing environments? A highly regarded, financial firm headquartered in Chicago is looking for a sharp, dependable EA to support its CFO and a small group of senior leaders. You'll join a tight-knit team that values excellence, professionalism, and collaboration - and you'll play an essential role in keeping key operations running smoothly. This is a fully onsite role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide day-to-day support to the CFO and select executives - calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning (domestic & international).
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, investors, banking partners, and vendors.
• Own the preparation and submission of expense reports (via Concur) and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to manage investor contact updates and distribute tax documents via DocuSign.
• Assist in compiling invoice packets for office-related vendor expenses.
• Play a key role in supporting events like board meetings, investor gatherings, and firm-wide events.

YOU:

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; private equity or financial services experience preferred but open to transferrable industries and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.
