Executive Assistant

About the Role
- Assist CEO in general organization, streamlining tasks, and ensuring efficiency of office operations
- Manage the Presidents calendars, internal and external appointments, and schedules
- Primary point of contact with vendors for ordering office supplies and other items as necessary
- May provide support to other members located in the NYC office
- May assist with drafting correspondences and other formal documents to be reviewed by leadership team
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to client
- Conduct proofreading and editing tasks for documents and communications
- Assists President with ordering, and delivering food to the office as needed
- Assist with personal tasks for executive as needed
Qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to manage electronic files effectively
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or any related field or qualification or certification as an Administrative Officer or Secretary
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or related position
- Previous work in an office environment
