We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founders of Arc, Joseph Korff and Irene Susmano. We're looking for a seasoned professional who can provide high-level administrative, professional, and personal support primarily for the principal Founder, Joseph Korff, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of both professional and personal affairs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The successful candidate will play a key administrative role on the Arc team, leading schedule coordination, arranging travel, managing business contacts, meeting logistics, drafting and managing correspondence, and special projects. The EA will handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
We maintain an active venture capital portfolio, investing in companies all around the globe. In addition, we have several real estate investments throughout the US.
The Executive Assistant represents Arc's leadership both internally and externally and must have good judgment and significant initiative across a broad spectrum of activities and situations. Our founders travel frequently, therefore the Executive Assistant will need to be an independent and experienced assistant with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
Range: $85,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.
