TurnPoint Search is partnering with a boutique real estate investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support the Founders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Founders, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Founder.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for all client meetings.
- Assist in managing various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the Founder, contributing to the firm's strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or investment sectors.
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Position pays a base salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary annual bonus.
