Job DescriptionAdvancedEV in Dallas, TX is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Company/Executive Team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Company/Executive Team and contribute to the efficient operation of our corporate office.This position will provide a wide variety of administrative tasks, and the ideal candidate in this position will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, be highly organized, friendly, collaborative, and work well under pressure.

Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Candidates who have NetSuite experience are highly desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExhibit a professional demeanor that aligns with our core values Responsibilities:This position will report to the Project Manager. This role will be divided between daily office duties and aiding with administrative assignments that support the CEO, to be assigned by the Project Manager. Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager and the CEOCoordinate meetings and schedule business travel (international and domestic); including making dinner and event reservationsEntry and the submission of expense reports for various team membersServe as main point of contact for local property/building management service requests and office building communications to employeesManage supply vendors and service contractors, and provide on-site direction as neededProvide general administrative and hospitality support to company employees and guestsProvide reception and front-desk duties, such as greet guests, accept deliveries, manage mail, and express mail services, and be aware of the daily operations of the officeOrder in-office meals for meetings, and execute set-up and clean-upAid with Monitoring, procuring, and restocking of breakroom and office suppliesMaintain all common areas including conference rooms and tidy spaces, as neededPrepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and other documents that support the objectives for the organizationOrganize, promote, and provide on-site staffing and support for TX-office based eventsManage ongoing employee appreciation efforts birthdays, work anniversaries and other eventsRunning errands as needed - Post office, townhome, other site locations etc.Other duties as assignedStandard Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMBenefits Available:
