WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Provides dedicated support to the SVP - Chief Accounting Officer and SVP - Finance and Treasurer, owning calendar management, meeting execution, executive deliverables, and special project oversight.
  • Coordinates materials for board meetings, finance-related committees, and executive communications with confidentiality and precision.
  • Attends selected meetings to provide administrative support and prepares accurate, timely meeting minutes.
  • Anticipates leadership needs and proactively delivers timely, thoughtful solutions.
  • Tracks milestones and deliverables for high-impact initiatives across finance and corporate operations.
  • Serves as a cultural connector within the organization, helping align priorities, communications, and leadership expectations.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior finance executives within large enterprises, public companies, or high-accountability environments.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite-especially PowerPoint-with polished communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion and experience handling confidential materials with care.
  • Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional presence and experience supporting leaders navigating board governance, investor communications, or regulatory timelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
