- Prepare and distribute agendas for all admin and academic admin meetings
- Take notes for all admin and academic admin meetings
- Maintain Executive Director, GREEN Charter School Central Office and conference room calendars
- Maintain confidentiality of any and all leadership team discussions and sensitive information
- Complete data entry and data reconciliation for various programs
- Conduct phone calls and compose emails on behalf of leadership team as assigned
- Support leadership team both professionally and personally with phone calls, travel arrangements, etc.
- Review calendars regularly to help predict needs of leadership team in coming weeks
- Conduct research for leadership team as requested
- Support the Board of Directors, including agenda preparation, host virtual meetings, coordinate scheduling meetings
- Model the mission, philosophy and goals of the school to all staff, parents, students, and the community
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years work experience in an administrative support role, preferably at the executive level
- Fluent in use of MS Office and Google applications
- Knowledge of charter school environments preferred
- Excellent proofreading and writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize well and to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Skill in managing a complex calendar
